Q:My signal is poor on my doorbell?
A:Your doorbell maybe too far away from your wireless router or you may have some obstructions in between that reduce signal strength.You might try repositioning your router or getting a signal extender/repeater for your wireless router.
Q:How do I RESET the doorbell?
A:Press and hold the RESET Button for 6 seconds.
Q:How do I share the video doorbell with my family?
A: 1.Open the ToSee APP:
From the home page,tap the doorbell Live View.
Tap the ldquoShare iconrdquo in the top right corner.
Enter the device administrator password,then tap ldquoconfirmrdquo.
Taprdquo+rdquo.
Enter the new userrsquos Nickname,then tap ldquoConfirmrdquo.You will see a QR code.
2.Open the ToSee APP on the new userrsquos cellphone.
From the home page,taprdquo+rdquoin the top right corner.

Q:My house is a villa, I don’t want the camera doorbell call me always. How can I do?
A:In the setting, you can Turn off the PIR detection. Then it will not call you if no body click the doorbell button.
Q: Sometimes, the camera will disconnection in my phone, how can I do?
A: Transfer wifi connect to 4G, or transfer 4G to wifi. and then restart the ToSee APP. If problem can’t be solve, then restart the doorbell.
Q: Is every doorbell check before shipping?
A: Yes.Before we sent, all doorbells tested WiFi connect, video quality, sounds quality, chime connect, ,motion detection,Night mode ….etc.
Q: Is the doorbell support Intercom?
A: Yes, it support 2CH Intercom. No matter where you are, people near the door can speak with you if your phone has wifi or 4G signal.
Q: If the battery power run out, How can I do?
A: you can use the charger with micro USB 5V power.
Q: Why can’t I connect to wifi after my doorbell is installed?

A: No need for SD card or lan storage. Free 7 days of cloud storage. You can download the video if you need. More than 7 days of data will be overwritten every second.
Q: Can I download the video?
A: Yes, you can download videos within 7 days.
Q: Can it connect to my iPad?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I use the power adapter to supply power?
A: No, you can’t use 18V power adapter,only use 18650 battery,Because this model no power adapter’ interface. if you have 18V power adapter yet,we suggest that you can choose V5 from our store.
Q: How do I download the video?
A: You can click the cloud download icon in the video interface and the video will be stored in your smartphone album.
Q: Why can’t I receive the message sent by the doorbell?
A: Only when the app runs in the background or you close the app can you receive the notifications. If your app is in the live interface, you won’t receive it.
Q: Why is my email always receiving an email alert from the doorbell?
A: Please charge the decive when receive it by using the android USB cable. Low power may influence the function of doorbell.
Q: Are you sure it can be waterproof outdoors?

Q: I am Spanish, I don’t know English, can I use this doorbell?
A: Of course you can. The doorbell application automatically converts the language of different countries based on region, including: Chinese, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Italian, Turkish, Dutch, Danish. The language of the doorbell machine itself includes: Chinese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese.
Q: Why is the video I see on my phone delayed by about 1 seconds?
A: 1. The transmission speed of the real-time picture will depend on your wifi signal strength and speed, as well as the speed at which the phone runs the doorbell APP. 2. You can test if your network will be disconnected intermittently. 3. When someone rings the doorbell, the doorbell starts to automatically record and also uploads to the cloud. Therefore, in this case, the doorbell has a high requirement on the network, which causes it to be slow.
Q: Why can’t my doorbell connect to wifi?
A: Note on the connection: 1. You must connect to a network of 4G or less. Cannot connect to 5G. 2. Open all permissions on your phone. Maybe your phone has a firewall. If you still can’t operate, please watch our Product video.
Q: Why is my battery power only used for 2 months?
A: The camera is 1080P video, and the camera has motion detection, the camera consumes a lot of power. Frequent use of motion detection will result in a doorbell battery that is not durable.
Q: Why is my doorbell motion detection function sent too late?
A: Please adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection function and ensure that the wifi signal source is stable.

Product was delivered on time ... had to use for a while before making my review . Works perfectly , when charged 100% could last for 2 weeks when motion detector is set at medium. I highly recommend this product . Umm.... finally, set up manual could use a more clearer description especially for the final phase of linking/registering device with mobile device/viewing device .
