Three batteries, long standby time

A: You need to take off the sticker on the batteries and it will work.
Q: If wifi signal is too weak near the door, How can I solve the signal problem?
A: You shall order with the wifi extenter, It will hope you extend the wifi signal distance.
Q: What power it support, AC power or DC power?
A: It support 18-24V AC power.
Q:I order with battery, why I can’t turn on the camera?
A:All battery sent with a Insulating film, you shall move out it before you use.
Q:Why my new battery work short time?
A:For airline require: all rechargable battery must keep 0-60% power, if not, parcels can’t be shipped by air post.
So some battery is empty or less power. please charge battery full at the first time you use.
Q:Is the night mode on auto at night?

Q:My house is a villa, I don’t want the camera doorbell call me always. How can I do?
A:In the setting, you can Turn off the PIR detection. Then it will not call you if no body click the doorbell button.
Q: Sometimes, the camera will disconnection in my phone, how can I do?
A: Transfer wifi connect to 4G, or transfer 4G to wifi. and then restart the XSH app. If problem can’t be solve, then restart the doorbell.

Q: Is the doorbell support Intercom?

Very good small camera that’s about the size of the Ring Pro Video doorbell. XSHCam app works well, no issues trying to get on and it does save 8 sec video when the doorbell is activated with a ring or motion. You can have the app share on total of 4 phones/devices. One negative is that there’s no timing for when to start stop motion, it’s only on or off. There’s a few second delay but not as bad as the older video cameras. This includes 2 wires to hook up to wired doorbell but I have only used the batteries. Very nice for the price and I have bought more for my family.

The camera is top quality and easy to set up. Cloud service is good and practical. The camera needs to be mounted at 1.5 meters from the floor to see the persons face at the door so it would be practical to be able to adjust the angle. Also, it would be nice to adjust the movement time in the app because it waits for 7 seconds of movement before recording, I would prefer 3 seconds. At 1/10th the cost of Ring I can’t complain.

Mi è arrivato rapidamente e da una settimana l'ho sto provando. La qualità delle immagini è molto buona, anche in bassa risoluzione. Ha una ampio angolo di visione, ti avvisa entro 1 secondo con una notifica o una chiamata, dipende cosa hai settato e comunque se nn fai in tempo puoi sempre guardare sul cloud. Ha dimensioni compatte ed ha un bell aspetto. Avrei preferito la staffa di supporto in metallo perché in plastica la vedo debole. Nelle descrizioni si parlava di 6 led IR ma in effetti ne ha 4. Ho il router distante ed una solida porta corazzata per cui il segnale era debolissimo ma ciò nonostante funzionava. Ora ho un range extender e funziona decisamente meglio. Comunque sono soddisfatto.
Prim camera, makkelijk te installeren. Software ”xsh” werkt niet, maar de app “xsh cam” werkt prima. Dik tevreden
