We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of TekPanda (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

it arrived without the original box , all parts included and working good , very good for the price , camera not very good but also good for the price , in general it's good drone for playing and practicing flying drone
Works great! It's just that it's battery life is very small. An idea is to add small solar cells to its body so it can charge during flight.

I'm a fun of drones, this one is lightweightl, easy to control.
This drone is by far the biggest bang for your buck! Great price point for all the included features.
I got this for my 11yr old son for. By the day after, he was flying it around the living room, through the kitchen and up the stairs. This thing has great control and it was very easy for him to learn. recommend this product and will buy another one for my nephew.
OK I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this drone. I live in the country on 5 acres and I have put this thing through hell in the 3 weeks I've had it. The plastic it is made of is very durable, I've crashed it on trees at full speed, tangled it in black berry bushes, even crashed it on my concrete driveway and its still good as new. A few scratches and dings but that's bound to happen. Now Here's what made me write this review though. Yesterday I thought I'd show off to my wife and land it on the floaty in our pool.... well I missed, the drone sank to the bottom of our 4 foot deep pool. I took it out, removed the battery and let it sit in the sun to dry. While it was drying I thought to myself, I definitely got my 40 bucks worth out of that thing and I'll just buy a new one. 4 hours later I put the battery back in and she fired up and flew like nothing happend. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS DRONE!
All in all, this is a good deal. The drone brought me a lot of fun.
My son has been asking for a drone for a while. I reluctantly bought this one thinking it would be a waste of money like the other drones we have bought him in the past (they usually break after just a couple of flights, or are so cheaply made that they can't withstand a beginner's learning curve). This drone, however, was incredibly easy for him to fly from the get go! After just an hour of flying it, he had decent control and was comfortable with the remote control.I am impressed with how well it has held up after a couple of crashes. Would definitely recommend, even for beginners.
So I usually don't comment on the product, but it's great! I ordered my son's 8th birthday because he decided the night before he really wanted the drone. Come on the same day, out of the box. Just to show that he is very smart and very good at technology, but he is still only 8 years old! Not only can he flip, but he can also control the trees completely and even control all our animals, including horses, chickens, cats and dogs, which is a zero accident. I am very impressed with this product.
